Position Summary

Responsible for the management of day-to-day functionality, development, and maintenance of the ShuBee website as well as any third-party marketplaces that ShuBee is listed on. They will work with various departments as well as our SEO and SEM partners to ensure the success and health of online listings and website(s). This position requires an understanding of basic e-commerce principles with an interest in the digital landscape across multiple selling platforms and marketing channels to build a strong online presence and competitive advantage.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • List and manage products on multiple e-commerce channels.
  • Daily management of product and functionality of e-commerce site to ensure quality performance and visibility.
  • Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating webpages and products with trend-relevant content.
  • The eCommerce Associate will work closely with Sourcing, Sales, Creative, and other relevant departments to create updated content to be shared across platforms.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Sourcing, and Sales to build a content calendar that supports each team’s plans and priorities.
  • Oversee our digital marketing partners responsible for our SEM, SEO, Google Shopping, various online advertising channels, etc.
  • Daily management of current SEM campaign results with communication to the Marketing Manager on results and/or suggestions to improve.
  • Manage customer reviews across e-commerce channels to ensure all potential customer service issues are communicated to the sales team and resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate with web developers to help analyze or fix online issues.
  • Communicate to clients who reach out via Amazon, the website, email, or chat requesting information in a timely manner.
  • Management of online reviews and responding to clients in a timely manner. Communicating any issues or concerns with the appropriate team member(s).

Requirements

  • A passion for marketing and creating captivating content is required. We can teach skills; we can’t teach passion.
  • Prior education and/or experience in marketing and digital presence
  • Technically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with online retail platform(s)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques
  • Strong writing and creative skills
  • Strategic, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A hunger to learn and an ability to manage projects from inception through implementation.
  • An ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Graphic design, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, photography experience a plus
