Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing customers with high-quality, professional customer service. The CSR acts as a liaison between the customer and ShuBee, assists customers on all issues, answers questions, and investigates and resolves a wide array of client’s questions and concerns using a variety of systems. This position will be expected to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with team members and customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Goal driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of the service industry a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with clients via phone, email, or online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with product or service-related questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Assist Service Consultants with processing of orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
