As an Accounting Compliance Clerk at ShuBee® for over two and a half years, I'm driven by the belief that every day is an opportunity to improve, and there are no mistakes, only lessons that help us grow. My expertise in data analysis and tax compliance is vital to my mission: making sure our clients are compliant with sales tax laws across all nexus states, which directly supports our company's integrity. I find satisfaction in the daily challenge of improving my performance and impact within the team. I ensure accuracy and quality by using a rigorous checks and balance system to complete tasks correctly the first time. I'm proud to have been recognized as Employee of the Month and for initiating the automation of a key task for myself and two coworkers, showing my commitment to continual improvement and efficiency in the workplace.
