Ordering
We have made ordering as easy as possible through our website. Simply fill up your shopping cart and place your order online. If you would like to check on product specials, receive group special pricing, or speak with your dedicated service consultant, call 866.317.7897 and we will get you taken care of right away.
Returns & Replacements
Here at ShuBee®, our policy is “Satisfaction Guaranteed… No Matter What!”™ If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, give us a call or send us an email. You are our top priority, and we will make it right. There is no restocking or return fee when you purchase direct.

Same Day Shipping
Place your standard shipping order by 1:00 PM EST and your order will ship the same day. Estimated delivery is 8–10 business days from the time your order is placed, depending on the shipping location.
LTL and Priority shipments, such as overnight, 2-day, and 3-day guarantees, are available at an additional cost and require additional information to process.
