About Me
As the Sales Manager at ShuBee®, I'm driven by a core belief in helping people succeed. For 10 years, I've seen how a motivated team directly contributes to the company's forward momentum. I believe that customer service is the foundation of everything—how we treat people matters, whether they are a client or a colleague. My vision is to lead a sales team that is motivated and thinks outside the box, focused on explaining the "ShuBee® why" to our customers. I take a hands-on approach to leadership, making sure my team has the support and resources they need to excel. In fact, I recently helped my team get on board with new policies by truly listening to their concerns and showing how the changes would benefit them. It's incredibly rewarding to lead a team that builds lasting relationships, keeping clients happy and coming back, which in turn helps our company grow for the long run.
