My expertise lies in customer service and client relationship building, which is essential to my mission: to serve as a true partner to my clients. I believe in honesty and treating every relationship with kindness, always focusing on what is best for the customer—because while ShuBee® is my employer, I ultimately work for my clients. I love the opportunity to talk to people all over the country and establish genuine relationships. I am proud of my recent accomplishment of maintaining sales quota goals despite an uncertain market and huge competitors. The main challenge I solve for my clients is cost, whether it’s finding ways to reduce shipping or optimizing product expenses.
