My vision is to create a proactive and adaptable operation that supports ShuBee's growth by ensuring we always have the right products, at the right time, and at the right cost. With eight years at ShuBee®, I've honed my skills in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and process optimization. My leadership style is collaborative and hands-on, focused on empowering my team through clear communication and continuous training. By leading through example and encouraging a culture of accountability and innovation, I've been able to significantly reduce supply chain costs and improve efficiency in both inbound sourcing and outbound shipping. Ultimately, my work directly impacts customer satisfaction and plays a crucial role in ShuBee®️'s ability to succeed and grow.
