With 15 years at ShuBee®, I'm driven by a passion for the trades and a mission to support them so they can exceed their own and their clients' expectations. I believe that success is a direct result of staying hungry and humble with a people-first mentality. My expertise in culture and team building is the foundation for my vision of establishing ShuBee® as the trusted brand in the trade industries for the next 25 years. As a leader, I love seeing my team succeed while remaining true to our core standards of Honor, Integrity, Value, and Excellence. I make it a priority to understand each department’s duties and challenges, and I value communication and feedback at all levels. My hands-on approach and commitment to continuous learning have helped me apply my skills in strategic planning and operational management to navigate major challenges. I am especially proud of how we navigated tariff uncertainties without passing the impact on to our clients. I am a lifelong learner, always ready to roll up my sleeves and do any job to ensure our success.
