Our Journey
Our journey with United in Pink began in 2017, rooted in a shared vision: to provide education, support, and hope to families navigating a breast cancer diagnosis. Over the years, our campaign has evolved, but its core mission has remained the same. We’ve seen firsthand the power of collective action, as plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and countless others in the service industry have donned our pink shoe covers and gloves. These aren’t just work products; they’ve become symbols of solidarity, visible reminders that this is a cause that touches everyone.
Since the campaign’s inception, we have been overwhelmed by the generosity and engagement of our customers. Together, we have raised over $23,000 for United in Pink. This funding doesn’t just fill a general pot; it goes directly back into the Central Georgia area, where it provides essential resources for the more than 1,880 patients and their families that United in Pink supports annually. Our ability to help make a difference in our community is something we look forward to all year, and it’s a direct result of your dedication.
