As the Human Resources Manager at ShuBee®, I'm driven by a personal mission to serve others and make a difference every day. I believe that by helping employees find their strengths and grow in their careers, we can create a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired. My vision is to build a culture where people truly thrive, because when they do, the company thrives too. My expertise lies in employee engagement and recruiting, and I see my role as a coach and mentor for my team. My leadership style is hands-on when needed, but always focused on building confidence and independence. I'm especially proud of recently streamlining our recruiting and onboarding processes, which has allowed us to attract even stronger candidates. Ultimately, by building strong teams and supporting their growth, my work ensures we have the right people in the right roles to drive ShuBee®’s mission forward.
