They work if You wear a size 10 shoe or smaller. That cuts out about 75% of our work force. The shoe covers are kind of a pain to load in the box. I'm sure it will get easier with practice. If You have a spare 20 minutes, You can load 20 of them in the box. Not worth the cost. (Posted on 2/24/09)
