Participation in the ShuBee Points and Points and Rewards Program is free.
Members will accrue points with every completed purchase made on the ShuBee website. Check your points status at any time by logging into your account.
Rewards points, once earned, are immediately available for use.
Rewards points can be used to earn discounts on products ordered from www.shubee.com.
If your ShuBee member account is inactive for 6 months your rewards points will be void and deleted.
Rewards points are nontransferable between customer accounts.
Rewards points have no cash value, and can only be used with ShuBee products and services.
Rewards point values, rules and terms & conditions are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Please review the document below to ensure that you fully understand all of the details regarding Reward points, Reward Rules, and the ShuBee Customer Points and Rewards Program.
Membership in the ShuBee Points and Points and Rewards Program (the "Points and Rewards Program") is available to all of ShuBee customers at no cost. A Rewards Account is established for each Points and Rewards Program member, and this account will be credited with Rewards Points each time an eligible purchase is made. As the Rewards Points accumulate they can be redeemed as a credit against the cost of products and/or services listed at www.shubee.com.
All of ShuBee's customers will be enrolled in the Points and Rewards Program and provisional Rewards Points will begin to accrue for all purchases made after pre-enrollment. Your actual enrollment, and the right to redeem Rewards Point, is conditioned upon your agreement to and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of ShuBee's principal website, and all other applicable ShuBee terms and conditions. You will be asked to agree to these Term and Conditions before you can access the ShuBee Customer Points and Rewards Program in your customer account area and/or when you attempt to redeem any Rewards Point that have accumulated. If you redeem Reward Points you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions as in effect of the date of redemption. Membership in the Points and Rewards Program is optional, and you may elect not to participate.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise stated, the current terms and conditions in effect at the time of your redemption of any Rewards Points, a request for any benefit that may be available to Reward Program members, and/or any other applicable transaction under the Points and Rewards Program, will govern that transaction.
Eligibility
Membership in ShuBee's Points and Rewards Program is generally open to all of ShuBee's customers. Having a valid existing account or establishing a valid account with ShuBee is the only prerequisite for membership. ShuBee reserves the right to terminate and/or refuse membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and other applicable rules and regulations.
Establishing and Maintaining a Membership
If you are an existing customer, with a currently valid ShuBee account, you will be automatically pre-enrolled and eligible to receive Rewards Points as of the effective date of the Points and Rewards Program. If you are a new customer, you will be automatically pre-enrolled in the Points and Rewards Program and eligible to receive Rewards Point as soon as you have established a valid ShuBee account.
Once you are pre-enrolled, Rewards Points for every eligible transaction will be provisionally credited and accrue in your Rewards Account. Your actual Points and Rewards Program Membership and the right to use or redeem Rewards Points or receive any other benefit that is or may be part of or offered by the Points and Rewards Program requires that you affirmatively accept these Terms and Conditions. If you have not already done so, you will be asked to accept these Terms and Conditions when you access your regular Customer Account with ShuBee, or your Rewards Account. If you redeem Rewards Points credited to your account you are affirmatively accepting these Terms and Conditions. Once you have accepted these Terms and Conditions you will keep all of the Rewards Points provisionally credited to your account and Rewards Points will continue to accrue in your account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You may chose to not to accept these Terms and Conditions, however, if you decline to accept these Terms and Conditions you will not be eligible to participate in the Points and Rewards Program, your pre-enrollment will be cancelled, any Rewards Points provisionally credited to you will be void, and you will not continue to accrue any useable Rewards Points. Eligible Transactions
Subject to the exceptions list in these Terms and Conditions, all of your purchases from ShuBee are eligible for an award of Rewards Points. Please note, however, that shipping and handling charges and taxes are not eligible to receive awards points under any circumstances and will be exclude in calculating the number of Rewards Points on any given transaction.
ShuBee is the final authority on whether a transaction qualifies for an award of Rewards Points and reserves the right to deduct Rewards Points from a member's account at any time if points are credited in error.
Reward Points will only be credited for eligible transactions that result in a fulfilled, delivered, accepted and paid order placed by a Points and Rewards Program member. Rewards Points will only be credited to the account of the member in whose name the fulfilled, delivered, accepted and paid order was placed, regardless of who ultimately pays for the order. Rewards points on any given transaction may not be shared or divided; they can only be credited to one Points and Rewards Program member's account. Rewards Points from one account cannot be pooled or combined with Rewards Points of another individual's or entity's account. Each member must earn his/her/its own Rewards Points credit.
Any attempt to obtain credit as a result of a transaction or other qualifying activity for which a Points and Rewards Program member has already received credit is prohibited and shall constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Rewards Points will not be given or awarded (or may be recaptured and voided if already awarded) for the following:
- Cancelled orders.
- Orders that are not fully paid.
- Shipping and handling charges.
- Any and all applicable taxes.
- Refunded orders.
- That portion of an order that is paid for with Reward Points Certificates.
- Redemption of Rewards Points for merchandise.
- Orders that take advantage of another special offer or discount offered by ShuBee.
Reward Points Accrual
Your Rewards Account will be credited with one Rewards Point for each dollar you spend on an eligible transaction. Rewards Points will be credited to your Rewards Account within 60 business days after completion of a qualifying transaction. Rewards Points Redemption
Rewards Point may be redeemed for specially chosen merchandise from www.shubee.com.
Rewards Points are not transferable, have no independent monetary value and may not be otherwise redeemed for cash, merchandise, or any other benefit.
Unless otherwise stated, Rewards Points discounts may not be combined with any other promotion, special offer or discount offered by ShuBee. If you take advantage of another promotion, special offer or discount, you will not be able to apply Rewards Point Certificates to the transaction.
Reward Points discounts cannot be used to pay for the cost of shipping and handling charges and/or any applicable taxes. Also, shipping and handling charges and/or any applicable taxes for all orders are calculated based on the total gross value of the order, without regard to use of Rewards Points discounts. By way of example, if the order value is $500.00 and you use $200.00 in Rewards Points as a credit against the order, any applicable taxes will be based on the $500.00 gross order value, not the $300 net cost.
Please Note that unused Reward Points Certificates will expire, will not be credited against a print job order, and are of no use or value, if your ShuBee Account is inactive for a period of 6 months in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
All merchandise offered as part of the Points and Rewards Program is subject to availability and may be changed at any time and without notice.
To redeem your Rewards Points, simply enter the number of points you would like to use towards your purchase in the box labeled “Reward Points” and click “Apply Points.” Your maximum discount will be automatically deducted based on the total number of Rewards Points used.
Redemption of Rewards Points is not reversible. Once you have elected to redeem your Rewards Points for discounts on products and/or services, that decision is final. Merchandise cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Rewards Points Certificates will not be re-credited as Rewards Points to your Rewards Account, and may not be used to purchase merchandise.
Rewards Account
You will be able to access your Account and review the balance of your accrued Rewards Points simply by accessing your normal ShuBee account. A window displaying your Rewards Points will appear in your regular ShuBee account page. You will not need any special account number or password to access your Rewards Points information. Your normal ShuBee account number and password will control access to and use of the Rewards Account and all transactions available within the account.
Your ShuBee account can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are responsible for the selection and use of your ShuBee account password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. ShuBee recommends that you do not divulge your account number and/or password to anyone. If you do, you will be and are solely responsible for any actions that the person or entity receiving this information takes with respect to your account password, including, without limitation any transactions within in your ShuBee customer account and /or your Rewards Account, any redemption of accrued Rewards Points in your Rewards Account, any violation(s) of these Terms and Conditions and/or all other applicable ShuBee rules and regulations, and any disclosure or details of your account(s) or further disclosure of your account number and/or password that may occur. ShuBee is not and shall have no liability for any losses or damages of any kind or nature, resulting from unauthorized access to, or use of, your ShuBee account or password.
Transferability/Prohibitions/Account Termination
Memberships in the Points and Points and Rewards Program, your Rewards Account, accrued Rewards Points are nontransferable. You may not combine your Rewards Account or Rewards Points with those of another customer. Only one person or entity may be enrolled per Rewards Account. No customer may maintain more than one Rewards Account.
The sale or barter of Rewards Accounts, Rewards Points, account credits, or any other benefit of the Points and Rewards Program, by or among Points and Rewards Program members is expressly prohibited. Rewards Points, account credits, or any other benefit of the Points and Rewards Program that are acquired via prohibited sales or barter transactions are VOID.
ShuBee reserves the right to terminate your membership in the Points and Rewards Program at any time if you violate these Term and Conditions or any other applicable ShuBee rule or regulation, including without limitation engaging in a prohibited sale or barter transaction. Termination of your membership will result in the elimination of your Rewards Account, a loss of all accumulated Rewards Points in your Rewards Account, cancellation of any other pending redemption transactions, and the loss of all other Points and Rewards Program benefits, of any kind. Terminated members are not eligible to participate in any aspect of the Points and Rewards Program including, without limitation, any special promotions. In lieu of termination, ShuBee may, at its sole discretion, deduct Rewards Points from your account and/ or cancel other pending redemption transactions, but permit you to continue participating in the Points and Rewards Program. Members whose accounts have been terminated for any reason may not open new accounts without ShuBee's prior approval. If ShuBee determines that a new account has been opened for the benefit of a previously terminated member, even if the account is not held in that previously terminated member's name, the account is subject to termination.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Points and Rewards Program rules, terms and conditions. If you have any question about the rules that are applicable to your situation, please check trade.ShuBee.com or contact a ShuBee customer service representative.
Program Changes
ShuBee reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions and the Points and Rewards Program rules, benefits, regulations, points award levels, redeemable merchandise, and any applicable special offers, at any time and without notice. This means, for instance, that ShuBee can change the manner in which Rewards Points are earned and/or redeemed. Such changes may include modifications that, among other things, (i) alter the Rewards Points credits or other benefits that can be earned on any given transaction on or after the date of change, (ii) alter the value of already accumulated Rewards Points or other benefits of the Points and Rewards Program for redemption purposes or otherwise, and/or (iii) alter or eliminate the eligible transactions and/or merchandise that Rewards Points can be redeemed against. Unless otherwise stated, the Terms and Conditions of the Points and Rewards Program in effect at the time you redeem Rewards Points or otherwise request an available benefit or other transaction, will govern that transaction.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on trade.ShuBee.com . It is your responsibility and you are encouraged to check in regularly to see if there have been any updates. ShuBee assumes no responsibility or obligation to provide prior, contemporaneous or subsequent notice of changes in the Points and Rewards Program or these Terms and Conditions. In the event ShuBee does elect to provide notice of any particular change to the Points and Rewards Program or these Terms and Conditions, it does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide notice of any other or further changes to the Points and Rewards Program or these Terms and Conditions, of any kind or nature, and/or or at any time.
ShuBee reserves the right to terminate the Points and Rewards Program in its entirety on 3 months notice. In the event the Points and Rewards Program is terminated, notice will be posted on ShuBee's website, trade.ShuBee.com. Account Deletion and Rewards Point Expiration
Your Rewards Points will not expire so long as you place a print job order with ShuBee that proceeds to fulfillment, delivery and acceptance at least once in any six month period.
If your ShuBee customer account has no purchase activity (i.e., the placement of an order that proceeds to fulfillment, delivery, acceptance and payment) of any kind for 6 consecutive months it will result in the termination of your Points and Rewards Program membership and the loss of all accrued but unused Rewards Points in your Rewards Account as well as any unused Reward Certificates.
The redemption of Rewards Points for merchandise does not constitute a purchase activity in your ShuBee customer account. The use of Rewards Point Certificates as a credit against the cost of a print job does constitute a purchase activity.
If your Points and Rewards Program membership and Rewards Account are terminated due to 6 months of inactivity and you then place an order with ShuBee a new Points and Rewards Program membership and Rewards Account will be created and Rewards Point will begin to accrue beginning with this latest transaction, subject to your reconfirming your agreement with these Terms and Conditions. Previously accrued but deleted Rewards Points will not be reinstated. It is your responsibility to monitor your Customer Account activity to ensure that your Points and Rewards Program membership is not terminated and any accrued Reward Points are not lost due to account inactivity. ShuBee assumes no obligation or responsibility of any kind, or at any time, to notify you of the activity or inactivity of your account, that your membership in the Points and Rewards Program will be or has been terminated, and/or that any accrued Rewards Points will be or have been lost.
Audit
ShuBee reserves the right to audit members' accounts at any time and without notice to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions and all other applicable ShuBee rules and regulations.
Should an audit reveal any discrepancy or violation of these Terms and Conditions or other applicable ShuBee rules and regulations, ShuBee may delay or cancel the accrual of Rewards Points to your account, delay or cancel the processing of any redemption of Rewards Points for Rewards Points Certificates or merchandise, delay or cancel the application of Rewards Points Certificates a credit to pending print job orders, and cancel any outstanding reward certificates or other redemptions or Rewards Points. During any audit or investigation ShuBee may suspend the Points and Rewards Program membership of a member. While an account is suspended, a member may continue to accrue Rewards Points, but ShuBee may prohibit redemptions or other transactions (pending or future).
Name and Address Changes
You are responsible for updating and advising ShuBee of any change of name, e-mail, phone number and/or postal address on your applicable ShuBee account. Without undertaking any obligation to do so, ShuBee reserves the right to update the address for any member's account using the National Change of Address (NCOA) data filed by relocating postal customers.
You may update your account contact information by logging on to your account via trade.ShuBee.com. You can also update your account contact information by contacting ShuBee customer service at welcome@shubee.com or call 877.974.8233.
Supporting legal documentation may be required for any name change requests.
ShuBee shall have no liability for any, errors, losses or damages of any kind or nature, resulting from your failure to update your account information.

Rewards Points Statements
No paper or online Rewards Account statements will be sent out. You may check on the status of your Rewards Account by logging in to your regular ShuBee customer account.
Your Rewards Account will indicate the amount of Rewards Points earned, as well as redemption activity. Account Discrepancies
You are responsible for verifying that Rewards Points for qualifying activity is credited to your Rewards Account. All account discrepancies must be reported in writing within 60 days of the date of activity. Verbal notification of account discrepancies is not accepted. You should maintain copies of qualifying transactions for your records until the appropriate Rewards Points credit appears in your Rewards Account.
